Odyssey Academy Phase 1 included a complete renovation of a 38,000 SF YMCA, transforming the facility into a 22-classroom space serving Pre-K through 8th grade students. Our team played an integral role in the design, planning, and permitting process, helping to accelerate both approvals and construction progress.
